Shipping & Return Policy

All items include complimentary shipping and arrive in 2-3 weeks. Our items are designed in the United States and made in London (United Kingdom).

Returns

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We want you to be satisfied so be sure to contact us if there is an issue with your order!

We hope you love your item but in the event you wish to make a return, you have 14 calendar days (from the date tracking information shows you received your item) to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us with your request and return reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and without odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and returning the item via a shipping carrier of your choosing (excluding instances where there is an error with the shipment and we offer a replacement or full refund instead). Colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and monitor settings and do not constitute a shipping error.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs but refunded the original purchase amount of your items once your return is approved.

At this time, we are currently shipping exclusively to the United States. Since most items require a signature, we are unable to ship to U.S. post boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
